Homestay

Students enjoy the ELS/Silicon Valley homestay program because the Center hand-selects every family. The host families are kind, involved, and truly care about students. Homestay families provide breakfast and dinner daily, and make an effort to spend time with students so that students get an immersive and personal experience. Students generally take the public bus to and from school and the average commute time is 45-60 minutes. Students are generally placed in Single Rooms, however in busy seasons, students may be placed in Double Rooms.

Student Residence (Off Campus)

• The Park Circle Apartments provides all the comforts of home and the convenience of a short walk to ELS Silicon Valley, De Anza College, the Vallco Shopping Mall, many grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment such as a movie theater, bowling alley, and two nearby parks. It is also on several bus lines for easy access to the entire Silicon Valley.

• All linens included
• Utilities included (water, electric, garbage)
• Free Wi-Fi
• Free weekly cleaning service
• Laundry facilities (coin operated)
• All cooking and dining utensils included
• 24-hour on-site/on-call Resident Assistant

  Security: The AEG houses are located in a very safe and affluent residential area. A Resident Assistant is available 24 hours. Each student will receive an Orientation during their first week at the AEG and will be given rules and policies as well as safety information.

Student Residence (Off Campus)

Note: Due to limited availability for Single and Triple rooms, counselors must contact the Central Admissions Department for approval before submitting an online application.

• Galvez Student Student Residence is located in a safe residential neighborhood and has an on-site manager. Transportation to and from the ELS Center is included for students, Monday-Friday. Galvez Student Residence offers double rooms, single rooms, and single deluxe rooms. Students will have:
