ELS/Thousand Oaks offers homestay families in a variety of locations in the area. Our families are friendly, welcoming and open to cultures from around the world. Homestay students can rapidly improve their English and experience American culture. Students are able to walk, bike or take the bus to school.

• 14 meals per week. Homestay families provide students with breakfast and dinner each day, and lunch is available at many locations on campus. If students have allergies or special needs, please let us know.

Student Residence (On Campus)

• Female Housing Address: Grace Hall, Room 14308 at 3255 Luther Ave., Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
  Male and Female On-Campus Housing:
• 2 minute walk to ELS classrooms
• Free high speed Wi-Fi internet in bedroom and across the campus
• Air conditioning and heating year-round
• Kitchens have stoves, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, rice cookers, pots, pans, plates, cups and basic kitchen utensils
• Onsite Resident Assistant available to assist students after ELS Center hours and upon check in and check out
• Free parking 24/7
• 24/7 onsite Campus Security
• Sheets, pillows, blankets and towels provided at no extra cost
  Female On-Campus Housing is a private apartment exclusively for female ELS students located in a student housing complex shared with other California Lutheran University students.
  Male On-Campus Housing is located in a private house with a back yard.
