The ELS General English course enables you to develop fundamental skills in the classroom that will give you confidence in everyday English-speaking situations, no matter what your language goals are.
You will study at a comfortable speed at our English school in Vancouver, where you can balance your studies with new cultural experiences. Whilst you learn English in Canada, immerse yourself in the local lifestyle, and practice your conversation skills in your immediate surroundings.
Your General English schedule is split into morning and afternoon instruction. In the mornings, you will study the basics of the English language through Structure and Speaking Practice or Language Studies, Vocabulary Enrichment (or Skills Enhancement, in Master's levels), and a lesson in the Language Technology Center. Your afternoons will focus on Skills Enhancement Classes.
